Our impact
Funded by NHS England and delivered by UCLPartners, we support innovators from clinical practice, industry, and research to scale proven solutions across the NHS. Through three years of structured support, the Fellowship helps effective innovations achieve wider adoption and lasting impact.

By opening doors to decision-makers, sharing practical insight into NHS adoption, and creating meaningful connections across the innovation ecosystem, we help innovators scale their impact and support health systems to adopt proven solutions with confidence.
Access
Access is about reducing the barriers between innovation and implementation. We connect innovators to the people, networks, and opportunities needed to scale their impact, while giving NHS organisations trusted access to evidence-based solutions that have been assessed for real-world adoption and delivery.
Learn
We turn experience, evidence, and expertise into action. Through tailored development, mentoring, and peer learning, we help innovators strengthen their approach to scaling in the NHS. At the same time, we give health systems confidence in adopting proven solutions through rigorous assessment, evidence-led insights, and shared learning from organisations already delivering impact.
Connect
We act as a trusted connector across the innovation ecosystem, bringing together innovators, NHS organisations, and national partners. By creating relationships, sharing learning, and facilitating collaboration, we help innovators expand their reach and support health systems to adopt, embed, and scale proven solutions with confidence.
